Income over $1800 Gross or $1600 paycheck for Most 1 Bedroom Apts; a gross of 2.5 to 3 times the rent
No more than 1 Rental History Issue: Broken Lease, Eviction, or owed Apt Debt (i.e. Damages)
Off Parole for all felonies except DWI felonies
Deferred Felonies MUST be off Probation for me to help (I can help you once your charge is discharged).
Violent Misdemeanors/Felonies are hard to place in certain area - you may need to be flexible on area
Sexual Misdemeanors - indecent exposure, prostitution, or lewd conduct result in very limited choices for 5 to 10 years
No Sex Felonies; you can't be an RSO - the apts I work with won't take you
